Once you’ve placed your order, we will process it and hand it over to DHL Express. All orders received during normal business hours; Monday to Friday, are processed for shipment within 24 hours. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Please note that all orders received after 2pm (GMT+2) on a Friday and over the weekend are processed the following Monday. Once your order has been shipped a unique tracking number will be sent to your email address. You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in the Shipping email.

Returns, Import taxes and Duties

You are free to return your item within 14 days from first purchase. If 14 days have passed we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
 
If you are returning your item from outside the EU please ensure you mark it clearly as a return as we will not be liable for any duties & taxes upon its return. Failure to do so may result in your shipment being returned to you, or any duties & taxes incurred being deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your item has been received and inspected you will be notified if the refund is approved or rejected. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Cancelling your order

If you are based in the EU, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us provided you give us written notice. Notice can be given any time after your order has been placed, up until 14 working days from the day after you received you order.

We will issue you with a full refund excluding the return shipping costs. Please secure proper packaging for shipping, as it is your responsibility that your order reaches us in good condition. We recommend retaining a proof of shipment from your postal service in case of disputes. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.

Sales & Promotions

All sale items, special prices including sample sale or flash sale pieces are final. Orders placed with any of these offers are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
